The 4,500 square foot gym has extensive facilities that include Treadmills, Concept 2 Rows, Skierg, Assault Bike, Curved Self-Propelled Treadmill, Cross Trainers, Spin Bikes, Chrono Bike, Battle Ropes, Plyometric Boxes, Free Weights ranging up to 40kg Dumbbells, Squat Racks with over 600kg of bumper plates, Smith Machine meeting the needs of all levels of experience.

The pool area has an 18-metre swimming pool, a children’s pool, jacuzzi, sauna, loungers and an outdoor hot tub.

Energize have a specially devised schedule of classes that are created to facilitate all members schedules and needs.

Concept 2 Row

The number of muscles used makes rowing a huge calorie burner. With rowing, you can achieve superb aerobic fitness and core strength.

You will tone your upper and lower body while promoting great joint health through the wide range of motion rowing requires.

If you have only a few minutes a day to exercise, the whole-body nature of rowing will provide an efficient, effective workout that other exercises simply can’t.

Assault AirBike

The Assault AirBike delivers an excellent way to achieve your cardio goals. Adding the upper body components, to cycling action of the legs, helps accomplish the full-body workout.

No matter how you want to achieve your workout goals, whether easy workout routines or challenging HIIT routines, the Assault AirBike is a more satisfying and efficient way to burn fat and achieve your goals.

Unlike the regular gym bikes, the Assault AirBike gives a full-body beating, as it works both the arms and legs for full-body movement.

Spin Bikes

Spin bikes are designed to emulate the posture and position of a racing road bike rather than a simple commuter bike.

The handles are more inclined which causes the user to lean forward more than one would usually do on normal exercise bikes.

The spin bike also offers a wider range of adjustment in its seat height and handlebar inclination compared to traditional exercise bikes. This makes them more customizable to your workout.
