Class Timetable

Energize has a large 4,500 square foot gym, so if you want to put in a cardio session, focus on weights or a combination of both, there’s a space for you. For serious athletes too, there is a range of equipment to suit all levels of fitness.

Hard work pays off because when you are finished the serious work out or session, spend some time relaxing in the swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and the outdoor hot tub with views over Lough Atalia. This is just what you need after high-intensity work outs designed to get you in optimum shape and reaching your fitness goals.
