Opening Hours
Spirit One Spa is open daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, offering a tranquil escape seven days a week. All spa guests receive four hours of complimentary parking in the hotel car park, subject to availability, ensuring a stress-free visit from the moment you arrive.
Arrival Time
To ensure you enjoy the full spa experience, we kindly ask that you arrive before your treatment time.
Residents: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment wearing your robe and slippers from your room.
Non-Residents: Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your treatment start time.
Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time.
Payments & Check-Out
Guests should check out at Spa Reception before leaving to ensure all charges have been processed.
Payments can be made by room charge, credit/debit card, or gift voucher. Gratuities are at the guest’s discretion.
Cancellation Policy
A 50% cancellation charge applies to treatments cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointment.
A 100% charge applies for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.
