Thermal Suite

At Spirit One Spa, our Thermal Suite offers a range of state-of-the-art treatments designed to detoxify, relax, and invigorate your body and mind. Enjoy the Heated Relaxation Loungers, set at a soothing 36°C, or unwind in the Laconium, a dry, gentle heat with citrus oils and light therapy. Refresh with our Experience Showers, featuring tropical rain and cool mist, or detox in the Rock Sauna with temperatures between 85°C and 90°C. For ultimate relaxation, the Sabia Med offers a meditative beach experience with calming light cycles.

The Thermal Suite is the perfect addition to any spa treatment, ensuring you leave feeling truly pampered. Swimwear must be worn in our Thermal Suite, so please remember to bring yours.

Kindly note that access to the thermal suite on Saturdays is exclusively available to guests who have reserved a spa treatment. Hotel residents and non-residents without a treatment booking will not have access on this day.

Spa Guide

To ensure a seamless and relaxing experience at Spirit One Spa, we recommend arriving 15 minutes before your appointment to check in, change into your robe and slippers, and complete a health questionnaire.

Please be aware that late arrivals will not receive an extension of their treatment, and the full charge will still apply. We recommend that you leave valuable jewellery at home. If you remove jewellery during your visit, you may either secure it in a locker or keep it with you at all times. Spirit One Spa is not responsible for items that are misplaced.
Your health and safety are our highest priorities. For this reason, certain treatments may not be suitable for guests with specific medical conditions. In some cases, we may be unable to proceed with a treatment if we feel it may not be appropriate for your wellbeing. If you have a medical condition that may affect your treatment, we kindly ask that you inform us at the time of booking. If you are able to obtain a doctor’s certificate and bring it with you, we are happy to accept this. This allows us to guide you toward the most suitable and safe treatment options.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment, will incur a charge of 50% of the package or treatment price.

Opening Hours

Spirit One Spa is open daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, offering a tranquil escape seven days a week. All spa guests receive four hours of complimentary parking in the hotel car park, subject to availability.
