For your graduation evening, indulge in a 4-course dinner menu specially designed by Chef Adrian Bane, showcasing the best of Irish cuisine.

The menu features a variety of seasonal dishes, allowing guests to explore a range of flavours. Complement your meal with a glass of prosecco and choose from a wide selection of wines stored in the restaurant’s temperature-controlled glass tower.

Complete the evening in Coopers Bar & Lounge, where you can unwind by the fire and sip on signature cocktails mixed by our top bartenders.
