Dining

At the Galmont Hotel & Spa, we know our guests want to eat the food for which Ireland has become world-famous.

Our Executive Head Chef Adrian Bane and his team source the finest local and seasonal ingredients to create a selection of dishes which celebrate all that is great about Irish food.

The menus in both the award-winning Marinas Restaurant and the light-filled Coopers Bar & Lounge cater for all tastes – and we work hard to ensure you will enjoy your meals with us.

Coopers is a warm, welcoming bar and lounge with stunning views over Lough Atalia and beyond. Described as the ‘heartbeat of the Galmont’, its menus offer casual dining options which can be enjoyed by all the family. It is also a great place for big groups to gather and enjoy a long lunch or dinner with drinks.

Our experienced bar staff at Coopers have become renowned for their skills at preparing the best cocktails in Galway. They are also very knowledgeable about wine and beer and will be able to advise you which Irish gins and whiskeys you should try.

You can also just have a drink on our outdoor Terrace which has a reputation as being one of the most sought-after spots in Galway for a meal, Afternoon Tea or an evening cocktail.
