18-metre Swimming Pool Available to all Hotel Guests

Energize Fitness & Lesiure at the Galmont boasts an 18 metre swimming pool and is available for guests staying at the hotel to use throughout their stay. The swimming pool offers a large recreational swimming area in addition to a laned swimming area and a shallow childrens pool area. 

Large windows surround the pool area and allow lovely natural daylight stream into the pool and surrounding areas. Loungers are located beside the pool for guests to relax on. Changing facilities are extensive and secure, and patrons have access to hairdryers and straighteners in the ladies changing rooms.

OUTDOOR HOT TUB, JACUZZI, SAUNA & STEAM ROOM

A outdoor hot tub, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room are also located in the pool facilities. Our outdoor hot tub is an ideal area to recover and relax. The water, heated to 37 degrees, helps muscles to unwind. With beautiful views over Lough Atalia, this is a truly enjoyable contrast to our traditional Irish Weather. There is also a jacuzzi if you prefer to relax indoors.
