Energize Fitness & Lesiure at The Galmont boasts an 18 metre swimming pool and is available for members and guests staying at the hotel to use throughout their stay. The swimming pool offers a large recreational swimming area in addition to a laned swimming area and a shallow childrens pool area. There is also a jacuzzi, sauna and outdoor hot tub for you to enjoy.
Large windows surround the pool area and allows lovely natural daylight to stream into the pool area. Loungers are located beside the pool for guests to relax on.
Changing facilities are extensive and secure.

Children's Swimming Lessons
Children as young as 4 years old can come in and learn from our talented swimming instructor. Numbers are limited in group classes, ensuring each child receives the individual attention they need.
Adult's Swimming Lessons
Adults can learn to become more comfortable in the water as well as improve their technique. Our 18-metre swimming pool has a depth of 1.2 metres and is therefore perfect for beginners or nervous swimmers in particular.
Private Swimming Lessons
Our instructor also offers specifically tailored private swimming lessons to aid the development of swim technique and overall fitness. It is beneficial for swimmers of all levels, from unsure beginners to highly experienced swimmers looking to improve.
