Swimming Pool

Energize Fitness & Leisure is the place to go to when you want to wind down and Relax after your workout. Our 18-metre swimming pool is surrounded by large windows, allowing natural light to stream in.

There is a large recreational swimming section in addition to a laned section for swimming lengths and a shallow children’s pool. If messing about in the water is how you relax, you will love our pool.

There are also a jacuzzi, sauna and outdoor hot tub for you to enjoy. Best of all there are loungers in the pool area so you can relax, read, and catch up on the latest podcasts after workouts.

Opening hours

Monday to Friday 7:00am to 9:30pm
Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays 8:00am to 8:00pm

Swimming hats must be worn in the pool at all times. Swim hats are available for purchase at the Energize reception desk.
