Do you sell gift vouchers? 

Yes, we offer a range of gift vouchers both online and at Reception - please see here to buy online. We still accept vouchers sold when the hotel was known as the Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Galway, permitted they have not expired.

Yes, Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel free of charge. 

What leisure facilities are available at the hotel?

The Galmont Hotel & Spa has an 18-metre indoor swimming pool, a children’s pool, jacuzzi, steam room and a fully-equipped gymnasium. The hotel’s leisure facilities are complimentary to all guests staying with us.

What are the opening times for the leisure centre?

The leisure centre is open from 6.30am - 10pm, Monday to Friday, and from 8am to 8pm, Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays. The last entry is half an hour before closing time.

What are the opening times for spirit one spa?

spirit one spa is open 7 days a week, from 9am to 8pm. Please see the spa page for more details on treatments and pricing.

Is there parking at the hotel?

There is a car park situated directly under the hotel, where guests can benefit from a daily rate of €9 per car. Please see here for more details.

Check-out is at 12pm.

Check-in is at 3pm.

Is it possible to get a late check out?

Yes - please speak to the Reservations team when you make your booking to arrange a late check out at a fee of €40.

Do you have family rooms?

Yes, we do offer family rooms, which can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. There are also inter-connecting bedrooms available.

What time is breakfast?

Breakfast is served from 7am daily, until 10.30am Monday to Friday and 11am on Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays, in Marinas Restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel.

Is it easy to get a taxi to or from the hotel?

Yes, the hotel is easily accessible by taxi and well known by taxi drivers. If leaving in a taxi, our Reception team can call a taxi for you. 

Terms & Conditions for gift cards and vouchers :

​Gift cards / vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

We do not accept responsibility for gift cards/ vouchers that are lost or mislaid. The use of voucher(s) to purchase accommodation, meals or services is subject to availability. Supplements may apply at restricted times for example Public Holidays and Special Events.

Vouchers may be used for more than one transaction. Cash refunds are not permitted. A new voucher will be issued for any unused outstanding balance.

Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash.

Vouchers with limited or specified availability i.e. midweek only will only be accepted where they are valid and apply to the given stay.

Monetary vouchers can be exchanged for goods, services or gift cards, specific vouchers must be used for the purpose intended such as for example a spa treatment.
