Meeting & Events Guidelines
Mandatory for all conference and events going forward as per the updated government guidelines:
- Everyone must be vaccinated or show proof of immunity on entering all event space.
- Face masks must be always worn.
- We require names and contact phone numbers for all attendees for contact tracing – The event organiser is responsible for gathering this information.
- Organiser of event is responsible for checking covid passports and photographic identification on arrival.
The Event Organiser and COVID-19 Contact Tracing
The person who organises the meeting or event must keep a record of all guests who attend the meeting or event within the hotel. The organiser will be required to have the name and contact details of each person, in case it is required for contact tracing in the future.
Details must be retained in accordance with GDPR by the business for 28 days.
