Re-opening Guidelines until 22nd October
Organised indoor events and mass gatherings* are permitted with capacity limits of 60% of seated capacity where all patrons are immune (fully vaccinated or recovered from COVID-19 within the previous 6 months), or accompanied minors (under 18).
*Indoor events and mass gatherings includes conferences, trade fairs and exhibitions.
For Food & Beverage services associated with events and gatherings, there will be a requirement to ensure that the numbers permitted equate to 60% of the seated capacity.
Where patrons have mixed immunity status, organised indoor events and mass gatherings are not permitted.
Easing of capacity limit restrictions does not apply to large privately organised social events.
The Event Organiser and COVID-19 Contact Tracing
The person who organises the meeting or event must keep a record of all guests who attend the meeting or event within the hotel. The organiser will be required to have the name and contact details of each person, in case it is required for contact tracing in the future.
Details must be retained in accordance with GDPR by the business for 28 days.
