Good value for a family & our request for an extra bed was accommodated. We had a great stay.

Overall excellent stay, nice view from the room, very good sleep on good quality bed. Breakfast very good, I missed only more selection of salads and greens which would be desirable at least during summer stays. In comparison with wellness and spa hotels in Central Europe I lacked higher culture in saunas. It is very unusual to allow guests to enter dry finnish sauna in swimming trunks, which gives unrelaxing feeling and feeling of lack of hygiene. Also, outside jacuzzi is very small and slightly outdated. I would expect one made of stainless steel for better experience and one that would allow more guests to experience such beautiful view over lake.

Our room was comfortable. The hotel was well located. It was a busy weekend, I'm glad that we were not in the heart of the city.

Beautiful hotel and location that was conveniently located by the train station and docks for the ferries. The pool and spa amenities were amazing. Would definitely stay again

The hotel definitely met with our expectations from what we had seen on line. My daughter especially loved the swimming pool. The hotel is very relaxing and the staff are extremely friendly.

We had an amazing stay at the Galmont! Initially, we booked a superior king room and I noted in the reservation that I was celebrating a graduation. Upon check in, we were upgraded to a better room with a view and the room had a delicious tray of treats to celebrate my graduation. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was large and spacious, and the amenities were very updated (e.g., towel rack warmer, smart TV, etc). We loved the location as it was extremely close to the bus station and the train station (less than a 5 minute walk) while it was also tucked away on a street that was quiet. We wanted to be close enough to the tourist attractions without actually staying in the hustle and bustle of it all so we greatly appreciated our stay here. There was an issue with plumbing and the hotel apologized and upgraded our room again to a balcony. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We also went to the spa while we were staying here and it was the best massage we’ve ever had! Overall, this hotel stay was wonderful and we look forward to coming back next time we are on vacation!

Amazing hotel. The beauutoful smell of the place when you walk in the door - amazing. Staff were lovely. Room was lovely as well - such comfy beds and pillows and so so clean. Really couldn’t fault the place at all. Drinks were lovely as well. 10/10 for the hotel. The only thing impulse say I’d the price of the thermal suite is a little on the pricey side - it’s a pity the rate isn’t reduced maybe 15 each. 50€ for a couple just seem a bit on the pricey side for what’s there. But other that’s just nit picking.

I choose to stay at the Galmont Hotel for the Galway Arts festival and I was very satisfied with the hotel. It is a modern hotel with all the comforts for a relaxing stay. The buffet breakfast was very tasty and was served in the bright and airy dining room. The leisure and spa area was a nice treat after long walks around the city. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the train station and bus station so a car is not required to reach it. I highly recommend the Galmont Hotel.

This is a great hotel , really good facilities, very comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast options, and very close to the main attractions in Galway, only a few minutes walk, The staff were very helpful, I would highly recommend

Very nice hotel.

Check in fast and efficient. Reception Staff pleasant and Helpful. Bed very comfortable. Room lovely. Quiet but very warm.Good Shower. Breakfast good. Staff very helpful. Only complaint was the lounge/ bar area. It reminded me of an airport bar. No atmosphere, dull and not a place i would want to spend an evening. A lovely young barman was chatty and pleasant . Location of hotel was great. It was clean. Car parking on site. Lovely staff at check out. They were busy as a lot of visitors leaving on tours etc , but they were very efficient. I would stay here again.

Had a lovely stay at the Galmont. The rooms and beds were comfortable and the hotel staff were delightful.

The room I was in was excellent, room 430 , the staff at reception were very welcoming and informative, I will be using this hotel for future business meetings when I am in Galway, I didnt use the Spa on this occasion but will avail of it next time,
