This year – more than any other – we all need to relax and unwind. Our award-winning Spirit One Spa is the place where you get to do just that.

From the moment you enter our doors, we will look after you. Choose from a range of treatments – including massages, facials, scrubs, manicures and pedicures.

Energise Fitness & Leisure

The Energize Fitness & Leisure centre is the place to go to when you want to wind down, relax and get the most out of your holiday at the Galmont Hotel. Our 18-metre swimming pool is surrounded by large windows, allowing natural light to stream in.

There is a large recreational swimming section in addition to a laned swimming area and a shallow children’s pool. If messing about in the water is how you relax, you will love our pool.

There are also a jacuzzi, sauna and outdoor hot tub for you to enjoy. And best of all there are loungers in the pool area so you can relax, read and catch up on the latest podcasts while the kids have fun splashing around.
