Get ready to enjoy a towering 32-meter Ferris wheel, a charming vintage carousel, and Santa’s Grotto, where local charities bring holiday joy to life. For those looking to warm up with festive drinks, the popular Beer Tent is the place to be, serving up steins of beer and Irish Coffees.

Santa's Cabin

From Friday 15th November

Santa’s Cabin will be ready to welcome visitors at the heart of Galway's Christmas Market in Eyre Square, nestled in the main plaza between the Browne Doorway and the Christmas Tree.

It’s open every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with specially reserved quiet hours available by appointment for guests with sensory sensitivities or additional needs.

Each ticket includes a joyful chat with Santa's Chief Elf, a memorable meet-and-greet with Santa himself, and a gift to bring home.

Elf Town

This Christmas, Elf Town transforms Ballybrit Racecourse into a magical winter wonderland, perfect for a festive family outing.

Step into the holiday spirit with a visit to Santa, follow Elfin McGrinchy’s journey to rediscover the magic of Christmas, relax with a story in the cosy Christmas Den, and dance alongside the elves on a vibrant, light-filled dance floor. Other attractions include a Frozen Sweet Shop, crafted from real ice and filled with treats, along with games, a Christmas carousel and entertainment area.

Adults can enjoy mulled wine and mince pies, while kids enjoy candyfloss, popcorn, hot chocolate, and juice. With full wheelchair accessibility, Elf Town ensures a joyful experience for everyone.

Wildlands Winter Wonderland

November 15th – December 23rd, 2024

This festive season, treat your little ones to a magical experience at Wildlands Winter Wonderland! Children can explore Baile Beag, a delightful miniature village decorated for the holidays.
